Julian Feldman
Director, Catenary Capital
Julian Feldman is a Director, Catenary Capital. He joined Castleforge in 2014 and brings extensive experience in corporate law and complex transactions across real estate, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Castleforge, Julian practised as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP in London and New York. He graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and holds a JD and MBA, both with honours, from the University of Texas School of Law and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Julian is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Within the Catenary Capital platform, Julian contributes governance expertise, legal oversight, and institutional transaction experience.
