Neil Smith

Neil Smith is Director, Catenary Capital, bringing deep experience in fund finance, operations, and institutional investment platforms. He joined Castleforge in 2023. 

Prior to this, Neil was Chief Operating Officer at Invest and Fund Limited, where he oversaw firm-wide operations at a strategic level. He previously served as Head of Fund Finance and Operations at Bridgepoint Advisers and held roles at The Carlyle Group and Mazars.

Neil holds a BA (Joint Honours) in Business with Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He contributes financial oversight, operational discipline, and governance expertise to the Catenary Capital partnership.
